At Charleston Shoe Company, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, we make the exchange and return process simple and seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer, attaching the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
